How Often Should I Get A Facial?
It varies from person to person. Ideally, a facial every four to six weeks is recommended because that’s how long it takes the skin to regenerate. It is recommended to have a facial at least four times a year, as the seasons change.

Sub-dermal facial *
Dramatic results can be seen after a single treatment. This fabulous facial cleans, smoothes and hydrates the skin. A combination of high frequency and galvanic currents work gently and effectively by increasing the skin’s oxygen and collagen levels. Deep cleans problem areas, targets fine lines and wrinkles, firms and lifts sagging areas, rejuvenates even the most sluggish skin. Skin will be left clean, hydrated and soft.

Micro current therapy*
The microcurrent facial is a therapeutic treatment that delivers safe, painless, low-level electrical impulses to strategic locations under the skin to firm and tone the facial muscles on both an immediate and long-term
basis. The technology simultaneously repairs collagen in the dermis (the deepest layer of the skin), while gently erasing signs of ageing in the epidermis (the top layer of skin). As we age, our electrical impulses slow down causing ageing and sagging facial skin.
Microcurrent works in harmony with the natural bio-electrical currents naturally found in our bodies to help speed up the cellular regenerative process resulting in firmer, healthier, more youthful looking skin. Results are visible after the very first treatment but a course of twelve treatments is generally recommended.
After a course of micro current facial treatments facial contours will look lifted and toned.
A monthly top up treatment is recommended to maintain results.

Diamond-peel microdermabrasion is a safe, non-invasive skin resurfacing procedure that deeply polishes and stimulates the skin using densely packed laser-cut diamonds to remove dead skin cells and promote the growth of healthy, new cells for a smoother, more radiant and flawless complexion.

How does it work?
An electric current is applied with a very fine needle-shaped electrode, or probe into each hair follicle to destroy the root. Hair grows in different stages: growing, resting and shedding. Because all of the hair isn’t on the same stage at any given time, multiple sessions are needed to get the hair in the growth phase for electrolysis hair removal to be most effective.
The pros and cons.
Electrolysis has the best track record. Electrolysis has the best overall results, versus any other method, in ridding hair for long periods of time or even permanently.
Many different hair and skin types can benefit. Because it doesn’t target hair pigment (colour) like laser, but attacks the follicle itself. People that aren’t good candidates for laser can still get electrolysis.
Bent follicles can make electrolysis hair removal harder. Previous waxing or tweezing can make hair follicles bent or misshapen, and getting the needle to the root more difficult to destroy the follicle.
Multiple treatments are needed. You have to truly be committed to electrolysis because you will need anywhere from 15 – 30 sessions.

Advanced cosmetic procedures
Advanced Cosmetic Procedures (ACP) using electrolysis is suitable to treat milia, thread veins, blood spots, skin tags verrucas, warts, seborrheic keratosis, sebaceous cysts, age spots, xanthelasma and mole reduction. They can be quickly and easily treated with immediate and effective results offering an eventual blemish free smooth skin.

Foot reflexology
Reflexology is a very individual treatment which is tailored to you as a whole person. Some people find it works for them – some don’t. The best way to find out is to try it!
The theory is that reflexology helps the body to restore its balance naturally. Usually, after a treatment your tension may be reduced and you might feel relaxed. You might also notice yourself sleeping better and find your mood and sense of wellbeing improving. You may also find that other aspects improve too; however, this happens on an individual basis.
Reflexology is a treatment where the therapist works on reflex points on your feet that are thought to relate to specific organs and glands in the body.
Stimulating those points with finger pressure promotes health in those organs and glands via the body’s energetic pathways.
Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment with benefits that can be felt throughout the body.

Reflexology should not be used as an alternative to seeking medical advice..
